Description

Putting a 5mm suit's thermal construction into 3mm of neoprene is unusual, and it changes the arithmetic: warmth close to the thicker suit with markedly better flexibility and lower buoyancy, so less lead on the belt and less shoulder fatigue over a long finning swim. A live-aboard bag notices the difference too. The same hexagonal thermal lining the 5mm uses runs across the chest and back, holding a warm layer against the core rather than letting water circulate, through stretch neoprene throughout. Wrists and ankles close on smoothskin seals, with the back zip tucked behind a lined flap. Textured forearm and shoulder panels shed surface water, with reflective seam piping the length of the arms and legs. Fourth Element rate it from 23 degrees Celsius upward, though it is regularly taken cooler with layers underneath. Sizing spans 2X Small through 2X Large with Short lengths, black with white seam accents. It suits a woman diving tropical or warm water.
