Reef Cold Water Surf Hood

Description

A light hood adds warmth on cold, windy days without the bulk of a thick dive hood. The Reef Cold Water Hood is made from 2mm Nylon II neoprene with a 4mm peak for added protection against the sun. The contour cut gives a better fit around the head and chin area, which is great for extra protection on windy days. It is a suitable choice for boat based snorkelling, surfing and paddling where a thin hood is enough. For the best fit, Reef recommends choosing a hood in the same size as the wetsuit. The 4mm peak shades the eyes from low sun on the water, and the 2mm body of the hood keeps the weight and bulk low so the head stays comfortable during long sessions. The range runs from XS to 3XL, so one hood can be matched to the size of the wetsuit worn with it.
