Description
The Reef board sock is a stretchy cover made from acrylic yarn, shaped to shield a surfboard from dust, scratches and UV light. A woven acrylic nose protector guards the most knocked part of the board, and a drawstring closure keeps the cover in place for storage and transport. This version is cut for longboards and is offered in the 9'2 length (about 279 cm). A sock is a light, slim layer rather than a padded bag, so it suits storing a board at home, keeping it clean between sessions and protecting the finish from sun while it sits in a car or on a rack. It does not replace a padded travel bag for flights or long hauls.
