Description
The Reef skimboard is a high-density plywood board with an EVA deck that gives supreme grip underfoot. It is available in three lengths so that riders can choose the board that suits their size. Beginners can ride the board straight over a thin layer of water, intermediate riders can ride at speed and do tricks on the flat or in the foam, such as 360s and varials, and experts can ride at speed into the waves and surf back to the beach. The board is designed for kids, teenagers and adults weighing more than 40kg. It must be used on a thin layer of water, should not be used on very windy days and should not be used where there are pebbles or rocks on the beach. Falls are common when skimboarding, so a warm up for the wrists and ankles is recommended.
