Mono Valve M25 232 bar (Handwheel Left)

Description

A single-outlet cylinder valve decides two things about every fill: how much pressure the cylinder may take and which regulator can connect to it. This San-O-Sub mono valve answers both plainly. It is rated to 232 bar, screws into an M25x2 cylinder neck, and presents a DIN outlet that takes a yoke regulator once its insert is fitted, so a rental fleet or a family rack can serve divers on either fitting. The handwheel sits on the left, and the dip tube guards against debris reaching the seat when the cylinder is inverted. Common jobs for it are re-valving a steel cylinder after a failed visual inspection, fitting out a new cylinder for a dive centre, and standardising a mixed rack on one valve pattern. Fitting a valve opens a pressure joint, so the work belongs with a qualified cylinder technician, followed by a leak check. It suits a centre or a technician replacing a standard 232 bar single valve.
