Kevlar Gloves 5mm

Description

Dive gloves wear through at the palm and fingertips first, on mooring lines, rough rock and wreck edges, long before the rest of the neoprene gives up. Scubatech reinforce the grip area and fingers of this 5 mm glove with Kevlar, the aramid fibre chosen where cut and abrasion resistance count, while the rest of the glove stays neoprene. The inside is lined with jersey. A wide elastic strap closes with Velcro at the wrist to limit the water moving through the glove, which keeps the warmed layer inside. That combination earns its place on a winter dive at an inland site, on a shore entry over rocky ground, and on a wreck where hands meet sharp metal. Scubatech size by palm circumference, so a tape measure around the palm settles the fit. It suits a diver who needs warm gloves that stand up to hard use.
