Description

Cold water ends dives before air does, and an 8/7mm suit is the answer only if the diver can actually get into it. The ThermiQ is built to go on and come off easily, and it ships with a changing mat that doubles as a carry bag, so that happens on a car park or a boat deck without standing in gravel. The graphene lining is the real technology: it conducts heat from the warm parts of the body to the cold ones and raises body temperature by an average of two degrees, without a battery. On a long cold dive that is bottom time. On a winter shore dive internal wrist and ankle seals cut the flush that ordinarily robs the warmth. On a repeat dive the liquid sealed seams keep the suit watertight for years. The neoprene is limestone based rather than petroleum. It suits a cold water diver in a wetsuit rather than a drysuit.
