Thermiq Dry Boot

Description

Neoprene socks need a boot over them, and a walking boot is the wrong answer because laces trail and soles slip on a wet slipway. The ThermiQ Dry Boot was built for the job. A Vibram Megagrip sole holds on wet rock and steel ladders. A lace pocket behind the tongue swallows the laces so nothing can snag on a line or a fin strap. On a shore dive the mid height cut and ankle support carry a diver over loose ground under a full rig. On a boat a rear thumb loop pulls the boot on over a drysuit sock without a fight. On the descent a rear fin keeper stops the fin strap riding off the heel. The low profile shape widens the range of fins that will fit over it, which a bulky boot does not. It suits any drysuit diver with neoprene socks.
