Valencia Espadrillas

Description

Sand in a shoe is the thing that ends a beach walk, and most summer footwear either lets it in through the sides or cannot be worn into the water to rinse it out. The Valencia does both jobs: an espadrille cut that helps keep sand out, in a soft comfortable rubber sole, and construction that allows them to be worn into the water rather than carried. The fabric is durable and painstakingly trimmed, which is what separates a pair that holds shape from a pair that goes out of shape after a fortnight. They pull on easily, which matters on a boat or at a beach where sitting down to lace something is not an option. Unisex, offered in white, blue, red and black across twelve sizes from EU 35 to EU 46. That answers a beach day, a boat deck and a summer holiday where one pair has to cover everything. It suits anyone wanting a shoe that handles sand and water.
