XTX50 2nd Stage

Description

The second stage is the half of a regulator a diver actually interacts with, and it is also the half that gets dropped, sanded and chewed. Buying one on its own is far cheaper than replacing a working first stage alongside it. This is the XTX50 second stage. On a current swept dive the breathing effort knob winds down so the regulator does not free flow when the diver turns into the flow. On a wreck the diver changeable exhaust switches between a compact profile and wide bubble diversion, which matters when bubbles disturb a silty ceiling. On a safety stop the progressive purge fills an SMB in a controlled way. It fits any XTX or DST first stage. It suits a diver replacing a tired second stage or adding one to a spare first stage, and it is supplied as a second stage only.
