Moulded Monprene takes on no water where fabric webbing holds it, so this BCD is dry within minutes of coming out and folds flat into checked luggage rather than travelling home damp. That is the case for a 3D injection moulded harness. Lift is 160 newtons, 35 pounds, in size S and 180 newtons, 40 pounds, in M, L and XL. The buckle weight system carries 2 by 4.5 kg of lead with 2 by 2 kg rear trim pockets behind it, on a tank plate taking a single cylinder to 18 litres. Rated water temperature runs minus 2 to plus 40 degrees Celsius. The Torso Flex Zone and articulated shoulder straps absorb the difference between torso lengths, so one size covers a wider spread of builds, and Kit-Up Assist holds the straps open on a rolling deck. Two-stage Tri-Bungee inflation and the BC-4-Life modular build allow single parts to be replaced rather than the whole unit. Six colourways are stocked in sizes S to XL. It suits a diver wanting a back-inflation BCD that travels.
