Description
The compact power inflator is the control at the end of a BC inflator hose. It lets the diver add air to the buoyancy compensator from the low pressure hose and release it again, and this version has a small, tidy body. It slides onto a corrugated hose with a diameter of 19 mm to 20 mm and uses the standard BC nipple size, so it connects to a regular BC low pressure hose. A pin is included for attaching the quick dump cable to the inflator. It is a sensible replacement when an older inflator sticks, leaks or has been damaged, and it keeps the same hose and fittings in use.
