SPG Boot 52mm

Description

A gauge boot takes the knocks a pressure gauge would otherwise take itself: the drop onto a boat deck, the scrape against a cylinder in the rack, the swing into a ladder on the way out of the water. After a few seasons the boot is cracked or stretched and the gauge inside is still fine. This is the Termo Industria single cover for their 52 mm CE type SPG, a black thermoplastic boot with a loop at the top for clipping the gauge off to a D-ring. Replacing it brings a tired rental gauge back into shape, gives a split boot a fresh start before it lets the gauge fall out, and lets a diver move a bare 52 mm capsule into a protective cover. It is sized for the 52 mm CE gauge; the 63 mm and 50 mm Termo gauges take different covers. It suits the owner of a Termo Industria 52 mm SPG.
