Description

Teenagers get handed adult goggles as soon as they outgrow children's ones, and the gap in between is where goggles leak and get abandoned. The King Baloo fills it: a small mono lens goggle sized for ages seven to thirteen, with a reduced skirt that improves both stability on the face and the grip it has, so it stays sealed without the strap being hauled tight. A mono lens gives one continuous window rather than two eyecups to line up, which suits a swimmer still developing technique and playing as much as training. Watertightness is maintained through activity rather than only in a straight line, which is the honest test at that age. Four colourways are offered. It suits a swimmer aged roughly seven to thirteen who has outgrown junior goggles.
