Cressi Lens Cleaning Cloth

Description

Fog on a new mask is rarely a fault in the mask. It is the thin film of silicone and manufacturing residue left on the inside of the lens, and no anti-fog holds for long while that film is still there. The Cressi Lens Cleaning Cloth is a one-dose lens cleaner and anti-fog treatment in an 8 g sachet: a degreasing gel with micro particles that takes that film off so the lens starts clean. It goes on the inside of the lenses only, rubbed in with a finger for one or two minutes and then rinsed off straight away and thoroughly; the outside of the lens does not need it. The limit matters. It works by gently eroding the surface of the glass, so leaving it on longer than that can damage the plastic parts of the mask, as any strong degreaser would. It suits a new glass-lens mask before its first dive, or an older one that has started to fog again. It is sold singly or as a box of fifty for clubs and dive centres.
