Apeks MTX-RC Single Cylinder Long Hose Set

Description

Long hose diving is the configuration a diver adopts before they own a twinset, and assembling it from parts usually means one hose too short and a second stage that does not match. This set arrives complete: one MTX-RC first stage, two MTX-RC primary second stages, a 2.1 metre and a 49 centimetre double swivel hose, a high pressure hose and a TEK SPG. On a single cylinder dive the long hose routes under the arm for donation and the short one bungees at the neck. On the day a second first stage is added, the same parts become a twinset configuration without buying anything else. On an overhead aware dive both second stages breathe identically, which is the point of the arrangement. Everything runs on the sealed, over balanced MTX-RC platform with a rotating turret. It suits a recreational diver moving toward technical configuration, and it is the cheapest honest route into it.
