B63 Battery Pack for D630

The OrcaTorch B63 is a rechargeable battery pack purpose-built for the D630 and D630 v2.0 canister dive lights, delivering an 89Wh capacity at 7.4V through 8 x 18650 lithium-ion cells. It's designed as a replacement or spare power source for the D630 rather than a universal battery, with a secure, water-resistant fit matched to the canister housing.

At the D630's brightest mode, the B63 provides approximately 4 to 5 hours of runtime, varying slightly by generation and manufacturer specification. Charging is via USB-C, with output rated at 5V/2A, and the pack includes a charging indicator to show status while topping up. The battery can also be used independently as a power bank, giving a diver a secondary use for the pack when it's not fitted to the light, useful for charging a phone or other USB device between dives.

Construction follows OrcaTorch's standard durability approach for canister-style battery packs, built to withstand routine handling and immersion when correctly seated in the D630 housing. This battery is compatible with the D630 and D630 v2.0 canister dive lights only, and is not interchangeable with OrcaTorch's other handheld or zoomable torch ranges, which use different battery formats.
