Apeks Pressure Gauge + Depth Gauge Console + Compass

Description

Carrying a separate compass means one more thing clipped to a rig and one more thing to lose. This console puts the Apeks compass on the reverse of the two gauge unit, so pressure, depth and heading all live in one housing. On a navigation leg the console turns over in the hand and the compass reads at the natural angle of the arm. On a deep dive the depth gauge reads to 70 metres with the shallow half of the scale spread for precision at a safety stop, and a resettable indicator records the maximum reached. On a cold water dive the ratchet bezel turns in thick gloves. On a poor visibility dive the phosphorescent dials and luminous compass card stay readable. The case is nickel plated brass with an over pressure capsule behind the face. It suits a diver who wants every instrument in one compact unit.
