Description
A mask strap that has stretched, cracked or snapped is a common reason for a mask that leaks or slips, and swapping it is a quick job. This replacement strap is made of silicone in a clear finish, which is soft against the hair. It is a standard mask strap that fits most masks, so it suits both dive masks and snorkelling masks with the usual strap slots or buckles. The maker publishes only one colour, clear, and does not give a width, length or weight, so none is listed here. Check the old strap against the buckle style on the mask before ordering. It is a sensible spare to keep in the dive bag, because a broken strap can end a day on the water.
