The DIN converter kit is a complete set that converts the MK30 first stage to a DIN fitting, so one regulator can be used on both kinds of cylinder valve. It is made for 232 bar or 300 bar cylinders and comes with the filter and the O-rings needed for the swap. It is designed for the MK30 first stage only and the maker does not say that it fits any other regulator, so it should not be used on anything else.
