Description

Fitting as many face shapes as possible from a single mould is the harder engineering problem in a mask, and solving it is why one Aquanaut replaces a wall of fit options. The skirt was redrawn to do exactly that. Volume is low, so there is less air to equalise on the way down, which is the whole point of a freediving mask and which leaves more attention for the dive itself on a deep line. Despite the compact size the field of view is wider than the category usually offers, so it doubles as a general-purpose mask for a snorkel or a scuba dive. It ships with a moulded silicone strap that swaps directly for the Fourth Element recycled mask strap, and the packaging contains no plastic at all. Supplied in black with a Contrast lens; the white-skirted version is the sibling colourway. Fourth Element publish no weight and list no corrective lens option. It suits a freediver who also snorkels and dives.
