Description

This is the lithium-ion rechargeable 18650 cell that powers Big Blue's 1300 series, so a second one covers the afternoon dive without waiting on a charger between them. Because it is a single cell rather than a sealed pack, it is swapped in seconds at the surface with cold hands, which is the practical difference between carrying a spare and carrying a spare that gets used. It fits the AL1300WP, AL1300XWP, AL1300NP, AL1300NPGS, CF1300P, the AL1300NP and AL1300WP tail-switch versions, the AL1300RAFO and the RGB White II, which is most of the compact range. Charging is handled by the USB charger, sold separately, or its dual and quad versions where several cells need filling overnight. It suits an owner of any 1300 series light who dives more than once a day.
