Description

In an overhead environment the guideline is the way out, which makes the reel that lays it the least sensible place to save money. The Lifeline Guide carries 120 metres of high tensile, high visibility line. A textured friction plate lets the diver add tension by hand while laying, so the line goes down taut rather than in loops waiting to snag. On a cave dive the oversized locking screw operates in thick gloves without fumbling. On a wreck penetration the reel is ambidextrous, so it can be run in either hand while the other holds a torch. On the way out the high grip rubber handle stays controllable when everything else is silt. Forged and anodised aluminium, built in the UK, with a lifetime warranty excluding the line. It suits a cave or wreck diver laying line.
