Description

A newly qualified diver does not need thirty settings, and every one of them is a way to get something wrong in the water. The i100 is built the other way round: one button, four operating modes, and two gases, which is everything an open water or nitrox diver actually uses. A high-visibility LED warning light does the job that a small alarm icon cannot, catching the eye when an ascent is too fast. The battery is user changeable, and settings and decompression calculations are retained through the change, so a battery swap on a trip does not reset the unit or lose a surface interval. Maximum depth is 100 m in dive and free modes, with oxygen from 21 to 100 per cent. The download cable is sold separately. It suits a diver buying their first computer, or a centre kitting out a training fleet cheaply.
