Description

Buying a suit and a hood separately costs more than a hooded suit and works less well, because the join at the neck is where cold water gets in and keeps getting in. The Diver builds the hood into the one-piece, so there is no seam to flush and no hood to lose. At 7 mm it is rated for 10 to 18 degrees, which puts it squarely in Cape winter territory, and Cressi also offer it in 5 mm for 16 to 24 degrees, so the same suit design covers summer in the Mediterranean or winter in the tropics depending on thickness. Pre-shaped legs follow the natural bend of the knee, giving real freedom of movement while finning instead of the resistance a straight-cut leg produces. This is the men's fit, from a range that also includes women's and junior. Sizes S to 2XL. It suits a man diving cold water who wants one suit rather than a suit and a hood.
