Apeks WTX-D40 + SS Plate Assembled

Description

Cold water diving stacks weight on a diver twice, once for the suit and again for the undersuit, and a stainless backplate takes some of that off the belt and puts it where it improves trim. This is the complete WTX-D40 system on a stainless plate, with the Deluxe webbed harness, stainless hardware kit, two Griplock tank bands and two book screws, supplied assembled and ready to dive. On a drysuit dive the 40 lbs of lift covers a large cylinder and a compressed suit. On a deep dive the plate keeps the diver stable rather than head up. On a first serious rig purchase it removes every parts matching decision at once. It suits a cold water or drysuit diver on a large cylinder, and the aluminium version is the lighter travel alternative.
