Description

Ninety-nine grams is the published case weight of the titanium Galileo 3, and that number is why it stays on the wrist for the week rather than coming out for a dive weekend. Straps are interchangeable 22 millimetre silicone, so it sits under a shirt cuff. The rotatable titanium bezel carries self-luminescent digits and markers, which gives elapsed time mechanically in Gauge mode without touching the electronics, and is the backup that still works if the screen is lost. Behind it sits a high-contrast full-colour backlit display on four buttons. Six dive modes cover Nitrox, Trimix, CCR, Sidemount, Gauge and Freediving, with up to eight nitrox or trimix tanks pairable plus a diluent tank in CCR and a pony bottle. PDIS builds an intermediate stop from nitrogen loading and Microbubble levels pull the profile back for a tired or older diver. A 3D tilt-compensated compass is built in and the rechargeable lithium cell runs to 30 hours. It suits a diver who wants a titanium computer worn every day.
