Description

A hood that is comfortable on the first dive and rigid by the twentieth has been made from the wrong neoprene. The Resilient uses double-lined, soft, high-stretch neoprene, which is the combination that gives both immediate comfort and durability over a season rather than one at the expense of the other. Double lining also means the hood pulls on and off without dragging at the hair or the ears, which is what makes it get worn on marginal days rather than left behind. It is engineered specifically for underwater and aquatic environments, so it suits diving, snorkelling and other water sports equally, and at 3 mm it is a sensible thickness for water that is cool rather than genuinely cold. Five sizes run from S to 2XL, in black. That answers a temperate dive, an autumn snorkel and a long surface session. It suits a diver or snorkeller wanting a comfortable hood that lasts.
