The OrcaTorch D860 is a high-performance primary dive light powered by three CREE high-power LEDs, delivering a maximum output of 4200 lumens through a focused 6° beam, built for technical diving, wreck penetration, and low-visibility conditions. A direct charging system allows the battery pack to charge without removal, taking approximately 3.5 hours. Power comes from a replaceable INR battery pack rated 7.4V, 50.3Wh (4 x 18650 cells). Three lighting modes run at 4200, 1500, and 500 lumens, with runtimes of roughly 1 hour, 4 hours, and 14 hours respectively.

Construction is A6061-T6 aluminium with a Mil-Spec Type III hard-anodised, seawater-corrosion-resistant finish, and toughened glass lenses are fitted on both sides. Depth rating extends to 150m. A titanium alloy switch controls operation, with a safety lock to prevent accidental activation, and built-in protections cover over-heating, over-discharge, and reverse polarity. An intelligent battery indicator built into the switch shows remaining charge by colour. The D860 ships as a complete kit with battery pack and dedicated charger.
