The OrcaTorch ZD710 MK2 is a versatile dive light with an adjustable beam ranging from 4° to 72°, allowing it to switch between a tight, focused spot and a wider flood as conditions require. This makes it suited to a range of underwater tasks, including cave diving, marine life observation, and underwater photography, where a fixed narrow or wide beam would limit the light's usefulness across different situations. Beam distance runs to a stated maximum of 920 metres, with four brightness levels giving further control over output.

Power comes from a rechargeable 5000mAh battery with USB-C charging, and the body is made from durable, corrosion-resistant aluminium built to withstand regular exposure to saltwater. Depth rating extends to 150 metres, positioning it for both recreational and technical use. Built-in features include a battery level indicator, a safety lock to prevent accidental activation, and general protection circuitry to safeguard the light and battery during use.
